Authorities from Ensenada informed through a statement, which is being analyzed to include in the Income Law project for the year 2021, economic sanctions for those who do not comply with the health recommendations and, with their conduct, put at risk their integrity and with it the well-being of the community.

This is due to the fact that when resistance was detected by some Ensenadenses in the application of preventive measures, authorities questioned during a live broadcast whether they agreed to toughen the sanctions on those who incur in risky behavior and non-compliance.

According to the information provided by the authorities, the result of the survey was that 92 percent of the people who followed the broadcast were in favor of tougher sanctions, and only 8 percent said they disagreed.

Thus, it could be observed that most of the citizens' opinion is to apply more severe sanctions to those who do not apply the health protocols.
