Built in Zona del Rio 3rd stage, one of the areas with the fastest growth and highest density of the city, "Paseo del Parque" will be a mixed complex that will have restaurants, cafes, gym, bars, children's playgrounds, a wellness area, clothing stores, a sports shop, various items, financial services and more.

The square will have more than 15,500 m2 of commercial space, and 8,000 m2 of offices.
