It is not a surprise that anyone who has visited Baja California has been fascinated by the types of craft beer and wines of the region. A recent article in El Financiero emphasizes that this is what stands out as a tourist attraction.
La Ruta del Vino and Craft Beer not only allow you to take a tour to their elaboration places, but they strive every day to bring new flavors.
These drinks are so attached to Baja California that it is impossible not to find any festival or exhibition related to them. An example is the Expo Cerveza Artesanal Tijuana (Tijuana Craft Beer Expo), the Baja Culinary Fest, and Festival de la Paella y Vino just to name a few.
To learn more about wines, a must-go location is the Valle de Guadalupe. There you can learn about the philosophy of each vineyard, take a walk between the grape plantations, visit the wineries where the wines rest and enjoy a delicious tasting with a spectacular view.
The recommended places are Clos de Tres Cantos and Finca La Carrodilla What is your favorite place in the region to enjoy a good craft beer or wine?
