There is no doubt that in Baja California you will always find something delicious to eat and drink. One of the places that attracts the most visitors is the Valle de Guadalupe and of course Puerto Nuevo.

Have you ever wondered how this dish was created? According to Urbanus, everything happened more than 50 years ago, when a group of fishermen sought to attract the attention of tourists, offering fishing trips from Puerto Nuevo.

At the end, they were invited by the fishermen's wives to try the dish known as Puerto Nuevo style lobster.

How is it served? the lobster is served with freshly made berry beans, red homemade rice and melted butter and flour tortillas.

The delicious flavor of this dish has captivated both tourists and locals. If you have not tried it yet, we invite you to escape for a weekend and discover it for yourself.

Puerto Nuevo is a town that is part of the city of Playas de Rosarito and is located at kilometer 50 of the Tijuana-Ensenada free highway.
