Authorities declared that the rain expected for tonight until Friday, will be as strong as what Tijuana witnessed a few decades ago.
Antonio Rosquillas, director of Civil Protection of Baja California, announced on Facebook that the expected rain for these days could be as bad as what they had in 1993, but this time in the whole state.
The ‘93 rains are remembered by Tijuanenses mostly because the great damage that came with them to the city, in addition to causing the death of 30 people.
