It has been a little more than a week now in which the plane that entrepreneur and head of the house of fashion Missoni, Vittorio Missoni, has been missing along with his wife whom both mysteriously disappeared while flying over Venezuela.
This Saturday, officials from Caracas, Venezuela, issued a statement informing that the Venezuelan military radar identified the place where the small plane could have lost height.
The Italian embassy told the publication La Repubblica that "it is an area where the ocean reaches a depth of 2,000 meters."
Angela Missoni, who is Vittorios sister and also a designer for the fashion house mentioned to the Huffington Post, "the affection and solidarity we have received these past few days has been wonderful and very comforting for our family, it has given us strength to continue to have hope." Yesterday Angela was strong on the runway, where a line of menswear was introduced in Milan.
Although it is believed that the aircraft has already been found, no official confirmation of this has been given yet. News about this situation is expected to be concluded soon, and the family is only hoping for the best.
