Yesterday, the 15th celebration of Baja-Med cuisine took place at Valle de Guadalupe with an event that was full of dishes cooked from the pioneer of this style of cooking, Miguel Angel Guerrero, and a lot of great chefs from the rest of Mexico. The food was made with local ingredients which soon started to transform into duck quesadillas, octopus burgers and lots of cold meats.
