The Metropolitan Transit System (MTS) announced this week that the blue trolley line will not operate the next six weekends due to maintenance work, so the service will not be available at San Ysidro, Beyer blvd stations and Iris Avenue. This will be like this every weekend from January 4 to February 9.
This interruption began on Saturday, January 4 and Sunday, January 5, and will be repeated for January 11 and 12, January 18 and 19, January 25 and 26, February 1 and 2, and finally, February 8 and 9.
The good news is that there will be a way to transport you along these lines, as it was announced that during those weekends, users can be transported by bus service to the affected stations, so route 906 should be used / 907 to get to or from Beyer Blvd.
The cost for this trip will not be like that of the bus, only the ticket is required to use the trolley service.
