US citizen arrested in Tijuana for stealing from Farmacia Roma

This incident took place on Sunday, April 16, after the emergency alarm was activated at this local establishment

On April 16, agents of Tijuana’s Municipal Police arrested an individual at Avenida Cucapah in Colonia Villa Fontana, after discovering that he had stolen from Farmacia Roma.

This incident occurred after authorities responded to an alarm that was activated at this local establishment. Once they arrived at the scene, the people who reported this robbery stated that the individual had entered the pharmacy in order to steal.

Police officers carried out an operation where they managed to locate and arrest Juan Carlos “N”, a San Diego native, who was in possession of stolen items and money. It should be noted that this alleged criminal has been sent over to the proper authorities.

The Secretariat of Security reminds the population of Tijuana that besides the applications Botón de Emergencia (Emergency Button) and Botón Morado (Purple Button), there is also the Emergency Button for Safe Businesses, whose goal is to provide a prompt response in just a matter of minutes by sending over the closest police agents to any scene.
