Casa Veramendi in Baja California won a gold medal in the 22nd edition of Mexico Selection by Concours Mondial de Bruxelles.
This event’s goal is to recognize the best wines of Mexico, while promoting the winemaking legacy of Mexico, and it has now recognized Casa Veramendi for its Syrah Reserva Privada 2019, with a gold medal. It is a red wine with an alcoholic level of 13.9%, created in wood.
Casa Veramendi is located at Carretera Libre Mexicali-Tijuana Km 117.5, Rancho La Ciénega, 21506 Tecate, and it has quickly become an important reference in the area, and a central point for wine tourism in the region.
This year they also won a silver medal in the renowned 2022 Bacchus Wine International Competition along with other Mexican and Baja Californian wines; on this occasion, their private reserve was also recognized.
It should be noted that during the XXIV Tierra de Vinos International Competition in Ensenada, they were awarded with another gold medal.
Casa Veramendi is defined for their great wine production and for being a modern winery that mixes the traditional flavor of grapes with the originality of their artistic creations, which is represented on their labels.
