In this episode of Taco Bites, our host, Isaac Kalimo, visits Casa de Fred's Tacos y Tequila, which is situated at 2470 San Diego Ave in San Diego, California. The roast beef taco will be sampled in this first part.
Before sampling it, Isaac informs our viewers of the Taco Tastes regulations, the first of which is that you must eat standing up, and the second, as its slogan states, "One Taco, Two Bites," you should only give this entrée two bites before giving it a final assessment and rating.

This taco has strips of meat, a cheese crust, grated cheese on top, cilantro, and avocado cream, and it's served in a handmade flour tortilla. Isaac had the choice of using one of three sauces and chose to use a little green sauce. When he tasted it, he said that the freshness of the tortilla combined with the softness of the meat and the crunchiness of the cheese crust gave it a unique flavor.

He was able to feel additional crunchy elements in the second mouthful and discovered lettuce and carrot at the bottom. The taco received an 8.9 rating due to the amount of meat and fixings.
