The governor of Baja California, Marina del Pilar Ávila Olmeda, met today, Saturday, November 13, in Mexico City with governors from other states of the republic, as well as with the Secretary of the Interior, Adán Augusto López Hernández, with the objective of sharing ideas that contribute to the development of the country.
After the meeting, the Governor of Baja California highlighted the commitment of the governors present at the meeting to strengthen the consolidation project of the Fourth Transformation, a movement that is changing the living conditions of Mexicans.
She also highlighted the importance of the work of the attending governors, as an effort of unity of the state governments to coordinate with the Government of Mexico to strengthen social programs to combat poverty in Mexico, as well as projects in different areas.
Marina del Pilar Ávila Olmeda expressed that the governors who attended the meeting sent a joint congratulation to the President of Mexico, Andrés Manuel López Obrador, on his birthday.
During the activity, those present highlighted the unity of the local governors of the Fourth Transformation, as well as their impulse in their respective states, strengthening a movement that is growing and spreading nationally.
Among the governors present were Alfonso Durazo Montaño, from Sonora; Claudia Sheinbaum, from Mexico City; Layda Sansores, from Campeche; Cuauhtémoc Blanco Bravo, from Morelos; Indira Vizcaíno, from Colima; Víctor Manuel Cosío, from Baja California Sur; Rubén Rocha Moya, from Sinaloa; Evelyn Salgado, from Guerrero; Miguel Ángel Navarro, from Nayarit; Alfredo Ramírez Bedolla, from Michoacán; Lorena Cuéllar, from Tlaxcala and David Monreal, from Zacatecas.
