This Monday, December 21, Tijuana's Civil Protection reported that this week the border city will feel a cold Santa Ana wind.
Until Monday night, Tijuana had cold Santa Ana winds with clear, low relative humidity, light to moderate winds from the east and northeast, as well as a gradual increase in local temperatures. Although the more intense Santa Ana winds will impact the region on Wednesday and Thursday.
It is expected that the nights and mornings will continue to be cold, especially in the areas protected from the winds. Tuesday was expected to be a cloudy day, with temperatures dropping, plus an increase in relative humidity levels and morning marine layer in the afternoon.
Although Thursday night to Friday is expected to be some high clouds with low winds. Up until next week, local temperatures will remain close to normal for the season (winter), and there is a long term possibility of rain during New Year's week.
