A new forecast from the National Weather Service indicates that Baja California enters the list of states that will be affected by the tropical storm called "Lidia."
Civil Protection (through director Antonio Rosquillas) issued a statement informing of the heavy rains that are expected for Sunday, September 3.
In an update Rosquillas indicates that the five cities of the region will be affected by rains and that the possibility of thunderstorms is not ruled out.
He adds that the heat will continue all this weekend and that this will combine with the humidity "Lidia" will provide to the region.
