La Cacho in Tijuana Has Great New Eatery: El Pan Nuestro Express

Enjoy a torta de chilaquiles anytime of the day

You know when you're out for a night on the town (well, city) and then you just don't know where to eat afterwards? What's even opened at 1:00 a.m.? Well, there's a place called "El Truck Nuestro" in Tijuana, where they serve you torta de chilaquiles (tortillas with sauce inside a soft bread) really late at night; and now, you will be able to enjoy this food anytime of the day, because they recently opened a new place called El Pan Nuestro Express at Colonia Madero (La Cacho).

The establishment is small, but their menu isn't. They offer a great many dishes, just as in their two other more traditional locations in the city. The only bad thing about this great news is that not every dish is available at the moment, but according to the owners, that issue will be resolved soon.

Their menu is mostly focused on breakfasts, but there are also complex dishes. However, their specialty is bread, and it will continue to be (Pan is Spanish for bread). Their bread always has the best quality and goes pretty well with a cup of coffee served right out of their new espresso bar. You can never have enough coffee in La Cacho, though.

El Pan Nuestro Express is located in Avenida Brasil 9130, Madero, 22040 Tijuana, and they open Thursdays from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm, and on weekends 24 hrs. There's no excuse, try the torta de chilaquiles and experience the incredible taste.
