Women Leaders in Valle de Mexicali Recognized for Their Dedication and Impact

Celebrating International Women's Day, authorities recognized the talent and dedication of outstanding women in several areas.

Through Mexicali’s Municipal Institute of Art and Culture (IMACUM), the heartfelt “Reconociendo a la Mujer” event was held at Casa de la Cultura in Km. 43 in Valle de Mexicali, as part of International Women’s Day celebrations.

This event was led by the director of IMACUM, Anahí Martínez, who emphasized that this celebration aims to highlight and honor the invaluable work and dedication of exceptional women who contribute significantly to the community.

During the event, awards were given to the town’s outstanding women from several different areas including public servants, educators and teachers, athletes, and community leaders who are shaping the future of society with their passion and dedication.

“We are deeply grateful to each of the attendees for their extraordinary efforts and commitment,” said Anahí Martínez, director of IMACUM. “Your leadership and contributions are an inspiring example for all of us.”
