Councilmember Sean Elo-Rivera has endorsed his colleague Vivian Moreno in her campaign for the San Diego County Board of Supervisors, claiming that she is the leader the community needs to achieve real results.
According to the former President of the San Diego City Council, Moreno’s experience and professional background allow her to understand the unique challenges faced by the county’s residents.

As proof of this, Elo-Rivera highlighted Moreno’s work at the City Council, where she fought for South Bay residents to reduce housing costs, improve security, and expand access to parks and public services.
It is her work as a San Diego City Councilmember that has convinced Sean Elo-Rivera that she is the perfect candidate to represent District 1 on the County Board of Supervisors, as she is a tireless advocate for the community.
“We need a leader who has proven their worth and works for the community, not for special interests,” the official reiterated.
