The Noodle Lab, a new Korean eatery in Tijuana’s Cacho neighborhood, offers a unique, Seoul-inspired experience with a selection of Asian snacks, beverages, and instant ramen.
Open since March, The Noodle Lab has drawn attention for carrying the highly sought-after “Buldak” ramen from Samyang Foods, famous for its extreme spiciness and viral “Fire Noodle Challenge.” Known for its fiery kick, this ramen becomes even more intense when the full packet of sauce is used.
While some countries have pulled it from shelves, Mexico continues to offer it, likely thanks to locals’ love for spicy food.
You can visit The Noodle Lab Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Sundays from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Address: Durango 2340, Col. Madero (Cacho), 22040, Tijuana, B.C.
