A group of Swedish fishermen found a Pacu that measured 21 centimeters, this happened in the Oresund stretch, where the Pacu are numerous.
There are reports in these areas of fishermen that has lost their testicles to the jaw of these little fishes and have bled out due to the wound they inflict, which is why it is recommended to stay out of the water wherever these fishes may be found.
They are a type of piranha, but unlike them Pacu do not have sharp teeth, on the contrary their denture is very similar to that of a human being, flat teeth with a full denture.
"Their mouth is not that big, so they normally eat dried fruits and small fish, but due to their size human testicles are a natural target. It is not very common but it has happened especially now in Sweden", experts comment on the subject.
