As part of the celebrations for Children’s Day, the municipal government of Tijuana, under Mayor Ismael Burgueño Ruiz, is inviting families to a special free concert featuring beloved singer Tatiana. The event aims to bring joy, music, and a chance for the community to come together.
Paola Leyva Izaguirre, head of Tijuana’s DIF, shared the announcement, highlighting that Tatiana, also known as the “Queen of Children,” will be in charge of entertaining the city’s youngest residents on Sunday, April 27, at Parque Morelos.
“This will be a free event for all Tijuana families to enjoy, with Tatiana performing her greatest hits for kids and adults alike,” said Leyva Izaguirre.
She noted that Parque Morelos will open its gates at 9:00 a.m. on Sunday, giving attendees the opportunity to participate in various fun and cultural activities before Tatiana takes the stage.
“With this celebration, government of Tijuana reaffirms its dedication to the city’s children, offering them a day filled with joy and surprises,” said the DIF Tijuana director.
Events like this, Leyva Izaguirre added, encourage healthy social interaction, strengthen family bonds, and promote the active involvement of local authorities in creating safe spaces for children, boosting emotional well-being, and reinforcing a strong sense of community.
