Some interesting results came out of Thursdays high school soccer action in the South Bay.
In what was anticipated to be a stellar match-up because of the history behind the schools rivalry turned out to be a lopsided win. Bonita Vista boys beat Mater Dei convincingly. The Barons were coming off a 1-0 loss to Chula Vista, the team that eliminated them from the playoffs last season.
