14-year old teenager Mitzi Xiomara Morales Jaramillo, who went missing after riding a cab belonging to platform Didi in the evening of January 9 in Mexicali, Baja California, was found alive in Nayarit, safe and sound, according to a post by the governor of Baja California, Marina del Pilar.
Thanks to investigation and rescue efforts, the minor who disappeared after riding a taxi by private company Didi was found. This incident was reported to the State Attorney General’s Office (FGE), led by general prosecutor Iván Carpio, who immediately informed the governor about the child’s rescue.
In a video filmed by surveillance cameras, one could watch the last time Mitzi had been seen getting into a white vehicle last January 9 at Misión Santa Rosa street in Colonia Colosio.
Governor Marina del Pilar stated that Mitzi will be back with her family soon, saying that the FGE will reveal all the information about this incident shortly.
