Each season, the San Diego Padres, in partnership with Delaware North, collaborate with renowned restaurants, and this year, the organization has outdone itself by bringing in Michelin-starred chef Drew Deckman.
Straight from Valle de Guadalupe, this new concept will be featured at Ballast Point’s The Draft restaurant. So far, it has been revealed that the talented chef will offer an exclusive selection of seafood that captures the rich gastronomic tradition of Baja California, delivering the full flavor of the peninsula in every bite.
Deckman will bring his innovative vision to the stadium’s dining experience. Recognized for his culinary expertise, he has earned two Michelin Green Stars in Mexico for his focus on local ingredients and sustainable practices.
Padres fans can look forward to dishes such as fish tacos, a variety of oysters, ceviche (perfect for the hot season), and harissa-marinated carnitas wings for those who prefer different flavors. But the real star of the menu will be french fries topped with shrimp ceviche, melted cheese, and pico de gallo—a delicious combination that’s sure to become a fan favorite. New Gastronomic Additions Coming to Petco Park
This season, the stadium is introducing even more flavors from the peninsula, including Baja California-style Grilled Lobster Roll (Power Alley) and the Tijuana-style Bacon-Wrapped Hot Dog (at the Elote/Michelada Cart in Section 100).
