In response to complaints about excessive fees and the proliferation of unauthorized parking lots, the Mexicali Government, through the Directorate of Urban Administration (DAU), has intensified inspection operations in the vicinity of Nido de las Águilas Stadium. These actions aim to ensure order and prevent abuses for people attending this sporting event.

DAU Inspection Coordinator, Saúl Ontiveros, reported that during their patrols, they identified several irregular parking sites and urged them to obtain the corresponding permits from the Directorate of Urban Administration.

He also mentioned that they have removed cones, barrels, and other objects obstructing public roads that were used to reserve parking spaces.

Lastly, Saúl Ontiveros assured that patrols will continue throughout the remainder of the 2025 Caribbean Series and encouraged the public to report any irregularities by calling 911.
