With a firm commitment to improving the quality of life for all Rosarito citizens, Mayor Rocío Adame Muñoz led the latest session of the “Ponte Oreja” program, an initiative that provides hearing support to individuals in vulnerable situations. This effort was made possible thanks to a collaboration between the MVS Radio Foundation, OXXO stores, and the local DIF System.

Mayor Adame Muñoz stressed how powerful collaborations like these can be in creating a more inclusive and compassionate society.

“Through this joint initiative, we are improving the lives of many families in Rosarito and taking steps to reduce the impact of hearing loss in our community,” she said.

“For Mayor Rocío Adame Muñoz, ensuring that every sector of the population receives timely care is a top priority. That’s why the DIF remains open and committed to offering social support to those who need it,” said Espinosa Adame.

Representing the MVS Radio Foundation, Bernardo Arturo García Flores underscored the importance of initiatives like this, adding that the positive impact they generate is often greater than people realize.

Echoing that sentiment, OXXO operations manager Luis José Nidome Olivas said how meaningful it is for the company to participate in programs that directly benefit the people of Rosarito.
