Reiterating her commitment to citizens of returning to the streets to improve their quality of life, Mayor Rocio Adame Muñoz of Playas de Rosarito led the 2nd Security Campaign in Colonia Constitución.

“Our priority is the security and well-being of all Rosarito natives. That’s why we keep working together with different police agencies to address the needs of each neighborhood,” Mayor Adame stated.
During the mayor’s visit, neighbors requested several actions, such as the installation of speed bumps, pet vaccination campaigns, management of the State Public Utility Commission, and health aid.

Due to these requests, the mayor claimed that she would promptly follow up on each one of them, redouble efforts in crime prevention, and pay attention to the causes that generate it. Furthermore, the training of security forces and strengthening of programs such as the Youth Police from SSC will continue.
“We encourage people to report any crime to 9-1-1. Together we can build a safer and fairer Rosarito for everyone,” the Mayor concluded.

The Mayor visited Colonia Constitución’s streets and spoke directly with residents during her visit. She was joined by members of the Council for the Construction of Regional Peace and Security, including Technical Secretary Leonardo Barreras Vega, the head of Citizen Security, Héctor Manzo Ruvalcaba, and Playas de Rosarito Regional Attorney, Arturo Mandujano Quezada, as well as heads of the Defense, Mexican Army, Navy, National Guard, and State Investigation Agencies, among others.
