Hyundai Mexico recently made a significant contribution to the Heroic Firefighter Department by donating a fully equipped ambulance and a $10,000 check. The donation, received by Mayor Rocio Adame of Playas de Rosarito, will strengthen the city’s emergency response capabilities
“This donation represents an act of solidarity and commitment to our community. It will also let us acquire the necessary equipment to quickly and efficiently respond to any emergency, safeguarding the lives and well-being of our citizens,” Mayor Adame Muñoz said.
During her speech, the Mayor recognized the work carried out by Fernando Ruiz Arce, a member of a company committed to the community. She also thanked the tireless support of those who have collaborated on this project, including councilors, Patronato Pro Bomberos – led by Marco Esponda – and Brisa Guerrero.
For his part, Hyundai Mexico representative Fernando Ruiz Arce highlighted the importance of the public and private sectors working together to generate great benefits for the city. “Together, we are building a safer and stronger Rosarito,” he claimed.
This donation will provide significant support for the people of Playas de Rosarito and the Heroic Firefighter Department, allotting it with greater assistance and response capabilities in case of emergency.
This event was attended by councilors of the 10th City Hall of Playas de Rosarito; Héctor Manzo Ruvalcaba, Secretary of Citizen Security; Francisco Joaquín Mercado de Santiago, Director of Civil Protection and Firefighters; and Irán Leonardo Verdugo Contreras, Managing Director of the Committee of Tourism and Conventions.
