Rocio Adame Muñoz, Mayor of Playas de Rosarito, reaffirmed her commitment to people’s security and well-being through the Council for the Construction of Peace and Security in the Region.
“Security and well-being are and will continue to be a priority in our administration. We are working tirelessly to provide better living conditions for everyone,” the Mayor emphasized.
At this meeting, Mayor Adame Muñoz of Rosarito led a review of the progress in the security strategies implemented so far, evaluating areas of opportunity and defining priority actions to ensure peace in the community.
The Mayor highlighted the importance of maintaining close coordination between the different levels of government, stressing that this interinstitutional collaboration has allowed for a more effective response to the security and social development challenges in the community.
The meeting was led by Leonardo Barreras Vega, Mexico’s Technical Secretary of the Coordination of the Council for the Construction of Peace and Security in the Region; Arturo Mandujano Quezada, Regional Prosecutor in Playas de Rosarito from Baja California’s Attorney General’s Office; Retired Lieutenant Colonel Humberto Cantú Catalán, Head of the Administrative Department of Physical Security of Pemex; Lieutenant Commander IM P. Eduardo Nieblas Saavedra, Head of the Operations Base of the Mexican Navy; Commander José Luis Sarmiento Monge, from Tijuana’s Citizen Security State Forces (FESC); and Officer Eliseo Guerrero Cabrera from the 431st Company of the National Guard.
This meeting was also attended by Ana Lilia Estrada López, Head of Investigation at the Baja California Station of the National Intelligence Center; Jorge Nazario Anda Ángeles, Rosarito’s Commander of the State Investigation Agency; and Eric Andrés Bernal Hinojosa, Coordinator of the Center of Control, Command, Communication, Computation, Quality, and Citizen Contact C5 of Playas de Rosarito.
The Rosarito City Hall led by Mayor Rocio Adame Muñoz reaffirms its commitment to working for the well-being of all residents, seeking sustainable and effective solutions to build a safer and more prosperous environment for everyone.
