Mayor Norma Bustamante of Mexicali Brings Essential Services to Villas del Colorado with “DIF A DOMICILIO” Campaign

Mayor Norma Bustamante of Mexicali led a “DIF A DOMICILIO” campaign event in the Villas del Colorado neighborhood, bringing a variety of services directly to its residents.

“We know that many families need support, which is why we bring these services to their neighborhood, addressing their needs directly,” the mayor highlighted, as this initiative is part of the municipal well-being policy boosted by her administration.

Community representative Felipa de Jesús Martínez acknowledged the work of Mayor Norma Bustamante of Mexicali in Villas del Colorado. “We are grateful for the actions taken in our neighborhood, such as the recent restoration of the public park’s football field.”

Meanwhile, Karla Edith González, president of the Municipal DIF Board, revealed that families were given medical, dental, legal, and psychological services, as well as civil registry services, pet vaccinations, and food packages.

Additionally, she highlighted the participation of the State Public Ombudsman’s Office, which offered free legal advice on issues such as labor disputes and child support.
