Ismael Burgueño Ruiz, Mayor of the City of Tijuana, delivered 28 property titles to families from several neighborhoods in the city, marking a significant step forward in the housing regularization process while promoting equal opportunities for all.

At the event, the mayor emphasized that by delivering these deeds, families are granted the right they had been waiting for many years, providing them with security over their assets and greater social justice.
“Today, we have the opportunity to witness how a dream becomes a reality for many of you: having a property that ensures a future and stability for your families,” stated Mayor Burgueño Ruiz of Tijuana.

The 28 benefited families come from the neighborhoods: El Pípila, Héroes de la Independencia, Desarrollo Urbano Matamoros III, Horóscopo, Cañón de la Raza, Lomas del Matamoros, Ex Ejido Matamoros Fraccionamiento II and IV, Altiplano, Parcela 40, and Tijuana Progreso, among others.
