The 49th edition of the Tianguis Turístico México is just around the corner. From April 28 to May 1, the Baja California Center will host this major event, as confirmed by Baja California’s Secretary of Tourism, Miguel Aguíñiga Rodríguez.

Organized by Mexico’s Secretary of Tourism, this event is the country’s leading platform for tourism promotion. Its automated system connects Mexican service providers with international buyers through pre-scheduled meetings.
Aguíñiga Rodríguez pointed out that the event is designed for tourism professionals worldwide, fostering business opportunities and showcasing Mexico’s products and services. The event will bring together representatives from all 32 states, airlines, hotels, tourism associations, and media outlets.

He also highlighted that, following the guidance of President Claudia Sheinbaum and Governor Marina del Pilar, the Tianguis Turístico will, for the first time, feature free events open to the public, both in Mexico and abroad, bringing this grand tourism showcase closer to citizens.
The Tianguis Turístico presents a unique opportunity to strengthen the tourism industry and expand Baja California’s global appeal. Attendees will discover the region’s diverse offerings, from its seven renowned wine valleys—earning it the title of Mexico’s Wine Capital—to its stunning landscapes, cultural heritage, and outstanding hospitality services.
