Baja California's Secretariat of Tourism reaffirms its zero-tolerance policy on irregularities regarding tourism service providers.

Baja California’s Secretariat of Tourism has made the following e-mail available for all people: assistance@baja.gob.mx. 

By sending an email, travelers can report any adverse or negative situation regarding the state’s tourism service providers. This feature allows the government to guarantee a first-rate experience for all visitors.

People affected should send a message with the following information:

  • A detailed description of what happened.
  • Proof and evidence (receipts, messages, contracts, photographs, etc.)
  • Names and data of people involved, as well as any important info.
  • Sender’s contact data (full name, phone number, and e-mail)

Through the Directorate of Tourism Assistance, comprehensive support will be provided to people affected by the state’s tourism service providers, channeling cases to the appropriate agencies.

This initiative reaffirms Baja California’s firm commitment to tourism excellence. Prioritizing thorough assistance, all cases will be addressed promptly with the appropriate measures in accordance with the law.
