Chula Vista in Top 20 of best cities with luxury apartments

High luxury accommodations with resort-style pools, tennis courts, business rooms, and electric car charge stations are now the new normal in several new US communities.

Obviously, some places make it easier for their tenants to enjoy these advantages than others, and Chula Vista is one of the places where high-class apartments were almost exclusively built for more than a decade.

This is all according to a study by StorageCafe, an informative and personalized counseling regarding self-storage matters platform. They found out the cities that built the most apartments in the last decade and where the luxury is mostly focused on among the 100 biggest cities.

Other discoveries about Chula Vista:

Chula Vista is currently ranked 15th when it comes to luxury apartments. 94% of the 3,363 units that were built in the last decade were classified as luxurious.

Chula Vista has also been building the biggest luxury apartments among the 20 main cities, with an average area of 1,045 square feet. These are 275 square feet bigger than their non-luxury counterparts.
