Through the Secretariat of Citizen Security, Mayor Rocío Adame Muñoz of Rosarito is inviting the business sector to participate in the free “Comercio Seguro” (Safe Commerce) program on February 10, 11, and 12 from 9 AM to 12 PM in Delegation X3 facilities, which are located at Calle Derecho Vía Pública CFE #2091, Fraccionamiento Chula Vista, near the Municipal Building.

The head of the Secretariat of Citizen Security, Héctor Manzo Ruvalcaba, emphasized that this prevention and training program aims to strengthen citizen and merchant protection by providing them with tools and knowledge to respond to several emergencies, including security strategies, support networks, and conflict mediation.
In coordination with the Directorate of Civil Protection and Firefighters and the Paramedic Unit, the “Safe Commerce” program will address topics such as first aid, basic CPR, fracture immobilization, and hemorrhage control. The goal is to train staff at establishments so they can take appropriate measures and respond effectively to any emergency.
